- Margin. The marketplace applies a margin of [17.5]% (or the rate agreed with you individually) to fund payment processing, hosting, marketing, and support. Accepting the seller agreement in your dashboard confirms acceptance; the rate for your store is visible to you and negotiable with the operator.
- Payouts. Online payments are collected by the marketplace overseas and transferred to its account in Tonga for disbursement. Your net sales (after margin) are paid to the Tongan bank account in your Seller Dashboard on your chosen schedule — weekly (every Monday) or daily for high volumes. Keep your bank details current; wrong details delay payment.
- Foreign-exchange & AML compliance. Cross-border transfers are made through licensed banks/remitters; the operator keeps transfer records, and may request seller identification documents, in line with New Zealand AML/CFT obligations and National Reserve Bank of Tonga foreign-exchange requirements. Sellers agree to provide reasonable KYC information when asked.
- Stock & availability. Keep stock accurate — out-of-stock products are hidden from the catalog automatically; unavailable services should be set to draft. Suspended stores are removed from sale entirely until re-enabled.
- Product uploads. Products can be created one-by-one in the Seller Dashboard or imported in bulk from CSV/Excel (WooCommerce → Products → Import); the marketplace can assist with bulk uploads.
- Images. Logo: square, ≥256×256px. Banner: wide, ≥1000×300px. Product photos: your own or licensed, clear, of the actual item. All can be created free with tools like Canva.
