- Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items: full refund or replacement, at the buyer’s choice, if reported within [7] days of pickup/delivery with photos. The seller covers the refund; the marketplace refunds the margin on refunded amounts.
- Change of mind: at the seller’s discretion within [7] days, item unused and in original packaging; buyer returns to the store.
- Bookings (stays, tours, services): free cancellation up to [48 hours] before the booked time; later cancellations at the seller’s stated policy on the listing. Weather cancellations (e.g. whale watching) are rebooked or refunded in full.
- Downloads/eBooks: refundable only if the file is corrupt or materially not as described — digital goods cannot be “returned”.
- How to claim: My Account → Returns (or the Returns link in your order email). Requests are validated against the order server-side; sellers respond within [3] business days; unresolved cases are decided by the marketplace.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within [10] business days of approval.
