- What we collect: account details (name, email, phone), order and pickup details (recipient name/phone/area — needed to fulfil orders), payment references (card processing is handled by the payment provider; card numbers never touch this site), and seller banking details (used solely for payouts).
- What we do with it: fulfil orders, pay sellers, provide support, meet tax/AML record-keeping duties. We do not sell personal data. Sellers see only what they need to fulfil your order.
- AI assistant: chat messages are processed by the configured AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) to generate replies, and translated via Google Translate when using Tongan. Don’t share passwords or card numbers in chat.
- Deletion: email [privacy@yourdomain] or use My Account → request deletion. We erase your personal data within [30] days, except records we must keep by law (tax, AML) which are retained for the statutory period then destroyed.
- Retention: order records [7] years (tax); security logs [90] days; chat rate-limit data minutes.
