Prohibited on this platform:
- Illegal goods or services, counterfeit products, stolen property, weapons, or items restricted under the laws of Tonga or the buyer’s country.
- Pirated or infringing content — product images, logos, banners, eBooks, or descriptions you do not own or hold a licence for. Free, legal image sources (your own photos, Canva designs, licensed stock) are required; the marketplace may remove any listing on a credible infringement complaint.
- Misleading listings: wrong prices, fake availability, misrepresented condition, or hidden fees.
- Fraud, money laundering, fee circumvention (taking marketplace-introduced customers off-platform to avoid the margin), spam, scraping, security probing, or abusive behaviour toward staff, sellers, or buyers.
- Using the AI assistant to generate harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content.
Violations lead to listing removal, selling suspension, account deletion, and where required, reports to authorities. (The plugin enforces much of this: product approval before sale, per-vendor suspension, one-domain licensing, audit logging.)
